John and his team were truly outstanding! We had long thought about making our backyard into a space that we could enjoy more with our kids. When we decided on a patio, John helped us with the entire design process--with all of his experience, he had so many great ideas and walked us through all of our options, while keeping our budget top of mind. John started the patio work while we were on vacation, and he sent us near daily status updates with pictures and videos, which was greatly appreciated. We were so excited to come home to our new patio--and it looked amazing! We've had the patio now for about three months, and we just love it! We enjoy it just about everyday. The quality and craftsmanship is amazing! If you're thinking about a patio, I would highly recommend John, his sons, and the entire crew! Top notch!

I contacted BRouder & sons after I had removed extremely overgrown shrubs surrounding half of my pool area. I realized I really had no plan what I was doing, John came by took a look and some measurements and had us pick out pavers that we liked and he and his son took care of the rest. In the end we have a great pool side patio making the area much more user friendly and attractive. Showed up when he said he would. And doesn't stop working till the job is done...

I had the pleasure of working with John and his team to remove our old rotting decks and replace them with two new patios, a fireplace, and outdoor bar. John was extremely responsive and flexible and great at communicating both before and throughout the process. The project started and ended on time based in the timelines he provided from the start. I cannot say enough positive about Brouder & Sons Landscaping and Irrigation. Their work is amazing and they stand by the quality. We hired them to design and build a stone patio last year and there was an area that had dipped over the winter. I had an outdoor staircase rebuilt and new walkway put in. I am very happy with how it turned out. The way my stairs to my deck lined up required a little wave to make it work and it looks fantastic. My wife and I hired John Brouder and sons to build us an outdoor patio, fire-pit and granite steps and we were extremely impressed by the level of skill and professionalism. The cuts, grading and drainage were perfect and have stood the test of time. We have have since hired them back for a full front yard irrigation system and plan on having them back for landscape lighting. They are the type of contractors you hope to find when searching.
