Jobs We're looking to hire Hardscapes Installers!

Responsibilities:
Knowledge of landscape plans and construction details
Ability to read plans and effectively communicate with the hardscape designer and crew.
Ability to effectively and efficiently use specialized equipment, including but not limited to: skid loader, laser levels, concrete saws, chain saws, hand tools, excavators, etc.
Install and complete hardscape construction projects.
Plan, organize and communicate production goals with crew members, trade contractors and customers.
Ensure that entire crew operates safely and efficiently.
Loading/unloading trucks and trailers.
Responsible for quality control to ensure a high-level of service to the client.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be 18+ years old.
2 Years’ experience in hardscape installation.
Ability to drive a truck and trailer.
Valid Driver’s License.
Ability to read, write and speak the English Language.
Ability to communicate instructions and delegate to staff.
