We had a fantastic experience with Brouder & Sons Construction and couldn't be happier with our new back walkway! John went over my inspiration pictures and helped me to choose the best materials for the job. He suggested adding a decorative landing and a subtle curve to the walkway and it made all the difference. We have gotten so many compliments! John is extremely detail oriented and takes the time to do the job right. He is neat and cleaned up the job site before leaving. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Brouder & Sons for my next project!

John and his team completely transformed our steps and walkway, and we couldn’t be happier! They replaced our brick steps with sleek gray granite and created a stunning walkway. John’s suggestion to add subtle lighting was a game-changer, enhancing both the beauty and safety of our front entrance. John was awesome from start to finish. He is incredibly communicative and was easy to talk to via text, call, or email. He provided design guidance and was quick to offer cost alternatives and reliability information on the various stone/product companies to pick from. He was here with his team each day and oversaw the quality of work. I could not be happier with this project and how easy it was. I knew we needed some kind of retaining wall to make it work and was a little unsure of how it would all look. John brought it to life better than I imagined!

John and his team installed an irrigation system and a front walkway at our house, and I'm very happy with how each of the jobs came out. The irrigation system works well, ensuring total coverage of the yard. The system John installed is extremely easy to use. We were also very impressed with how the walkway came out. John was very patient and willing to show us different layout options for the brick, as well as offering his advice for what he thought would look good given the length of the walkway and backdrop against the house. John was also very communicative throughout the process, giving us notice well in advance if he thought there could be delays due to weather or other jobs running over. It turned out to be a moot point as he was able to stay almost exactly on schedule, but it was refreshing to have a contractor give such notice on potential delays in advance so that we could adjust our schedules accordingly. Overall, I highly recommend Brouder & Sons for hardscaping and irrigation installation and would not hesitate to hire John and his team again!

John and his crew did an amazing job transforming a crumbling seating space into a fantastic looking walkway and patio. John and his men were always punctual, hardworking, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company for any "hardscaping" project.

Highly recommend John. He handles our snow plowing in the winter, and is super timely. He also takes care of our irrigation and designed/installed a lovely little brick pathway in our yard. He’s a good guy, always responds quickly, and had great attention to detail.
